Thanks for shopping at Crown Miniatures Portland. This is our refund and return policy that is required for you to understand when you purchase something from our website.
All items are shipped priority mail. $8.00 USD is the flat rate for shipping and handling. Any order over $50.00 USD will received free Priority Mail shipping. Currently, we are only accepting orders from the United States and its territories.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
For all return and refunds, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Number by contacting us at the following e-mail before any of this may apply: firstname.lastname@example.org
- You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain approximately five business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Upon the discretion of Crown Miniatures of Portland, a substitution of an item may be an option. If the reason for return is asubstitution, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items that are Damaged in Transit
- You must contact us with two business days of receipt of the damaged product so that we may initiate the proper forms with the Postal Service.
- You have the option (if applicable) of the item that was damaged.
- You will not be responsible for return shipping costs or the cost to re-ship them to you.

Items Not Eligible
- Custom orders will not be available for refund unless they are damaged in transit.
- A restocking fee of 30% will be incurred on items that are refunded for reasons other than damage in transit.
